I’ve got some wonderful news to share with you. Some of you have been asking for a way to enjoy sessions together with another AB, and I’m thrilled to announce that Shared Sessions are now available at my Space!
A Shared Session can be a one-hour session on Zoom that you can do with a friend (or someone you already know and feel comfortable with). It can also be a three hour session in person.
Why Shared Sessions?
I have been receiving this request for years, and now I feel it's the moment when I can deliver this to you: a way to team up and experience sessions. It can be fun, supportive, and a unique experience!
In-Person with two of you
Yes, it’s possible to have an in-person Shared Session of this kind. This option involves more physical work for me, and for that reason three hours should be enough. If you’re interested, please reach out, and we’ll figure out what works best. Usually, it’s ideal if both people have had individual sessions with me before, so I know you both and can see if you’re a good match. But it can also work if you have a friend who’s completely new to me but you know them well and I know you well—we’ll just need to talk a lot beforehand to make sure it’s right for everyone.
Important Details
Both of you will need to communicate with each other and agree to some basic ground rules before our session.
For first-timers I’ve never worked with, we won’t be able to do a Shared Session right away (I want to make sure you’re comfortable and informed!), unless you come with a friend that I already know well, and we can have a good chat about it first.
If both of you have already had sessions with me but never met each other, I’ll put you in touch beforehand to see if you’d like to team up.
